George L. Agostini, Chairman and CEO of both Agostini Construction Co., Inc. and Bacon Construction Co., Inc., personally oversees every project and is always searching for advancements in construction technology and cost effectiveness. In 1989, George received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Northeast from Ernst & Young Accounting Fire and Inc. Magazine. In 1995, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University due to his commitment to the University, his strong ethical character and entrepreneurial spirit. As former Chairperson of the Catholic Charities Appeal, and a former member of the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels, he remains active in a host of civic and community organizations. In addition, both Bacon and Agostini Construction are members of the Associated General Contractors.
Steven J. Agostini joined his father in the family business in 1981, and serves as President of both Agostini and Bacon Construction Companies. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the nationally recognized Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. Working with Agostini and Bacon Construction for over two decades, Steven oversees all Project Managers, evaluates the job cost and scheduling for all projects on a weekly basis.
