George Agostini - Chairman and Chief Executive Office

George Agostini
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Johnson & Wales University, Business Administration, Honorary Doctorate

As a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, George made the most of his spare time on board ships voraciously studying business strategies and efficiencies. When he returned home, he was ready to join his father and brother in the family construction company. His ability to make quick calculations combined with an educated knack for running projects efficiently made George the perfect choice to take over the company's field operations, maximizing productivity and reducing costs.

After his father retired, George became the sole owner of the company and grew its revenue and reputation to what they are today. He has had the distinguished honor of being a finalist for the 1989 Entrepreneur of the Year Award from both Ernst & Young Accounting firm and Inc. Magazine. His superb business acumen, ethical character and entrepreneurial spirit has also won him an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
As a member of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, a former Chairperson of the Catholic Charities Appeal, a member of the President’s Council for Save the Bay, and a former member of the Board of Directors of Meals on Wheels, George, with his family, established a private charitable foundation in 2010.  Since its inception, the foundation has built a hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa, has drilled multiple wells in Africa and Haiti and has shipped medical supplies to many countries in need.

In his spare time George enjoys golf, traveling to Florida and Bermuda and, most importantly, spending time with his three children, their spouses and his seven grandchildren.

Jason McBee
Director of Purchasing

Wentworth Institute of Technology, BS Construction Management

Just before starting college, Jason went to work framing houses and doing residential renovations. Always detail oriented and a "big picture" person, he quickly realized that the construction world would be the perfect fit for him. Fast-forward twenty years and that hunch has led to his successful career.

From working in the print room at an architectural firm to working in the field, estimating and purchasing, Jason has gained an impressive and thorough grasp of many aspects of his industry. Jason is widely known in the industry to be straightforward, fair and honest. He establishes and maintains excellent relationships with the local subcontractor community. Jason has purchased over $2 billion in construction contracts and materials, with his largest project being approximately $400 million, all while meeting or exceeding M/WBE goals.

When he's not busy handling complex projects at work, Jason enjoys saltwater sport fishing. His most recent adventure was while on vacation with his wife in Costa Rica where he caught an 80+lb Rooster Fish. Jason enjoys spending weekends bike riding and beaching it with his family and friends.

Danny Haughey - Director of VDC

Danny Haughey, CM-BIM
Director of VDC

Roger Williams University School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation, Bachelor of Architecture

Critical to a thorough understanding of the complex world of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is experience in the field, coupled with strong technical expertise. As with many of our professional staff, Danny’s first exposure to the world of construction came while working in the field. He began working for an HVAC contractor, progressing to become a certified union plumbing foreman managing multimillion-dollar plumbing projects in Boston. Danny’s field experience is unparalleled in the BIM/VDC world.

Looking to expand his horizons, Danny moved on to Architecture School and subsequently into the world of MEP coordination. His mechanical/plumbing field experience and architectural education make him very well suited to understanding the challenges of modeling and installing complex MEP systems, while maintaining the integrity of the Architect’s vision. Danny continuously educates himself in the ever-evolving world of BIM/VDC, recently completing the AGC BIM Education Program.

When he’s not busy modeling complex projects, Danny’s favorite pastime is sailing around Cape Cod and the islands with his wife.
