A new, 90,975 SF elementary school for the Town of Needham. The new school building includes general, special education, and dedicated instruction classrooms for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade, a gymnasium, media center, cafeteria and associated kitchen, administrative areas and support spaces.
The new school has received LEED Silver certification under the LEED for Schools rating system.
